1Who this applies to
This Privacy Policy explains how bullbot.ai, operated by PPTT Ventures, LLC, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service.
2Information we collect
Based on the current product, we collect:

| Payment | Processed by our third-party payment processor. We receive limited billing metadata, not full card numbers. |
| Usage & device | Standard log and device data when you use the Service. |
3How we use it
- To provide the Service — run your bots, place orders through your connected broker, and show your dashboard.
- To deliver notifications (e.g., Discord channels and summaries).
- To process subscriptions and setup fees.
- To secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4How we share it
We share information with service providers that operate the platform, including our hosting/database, authentication, payment, notification (Discord), and brokerage-connection providers, each only as needed to deliver the Service. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
5Broker credentials & security
The broker API credentials you provide to authorize automated trading are encrypted and stored server-side. They are used only to place and manage orders in your own account and are never displayed back to you in full or shared with other users.
6Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies necessary to sign you in and operate the Service.
7Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it longer to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. In practice: broker API credentials are deleted when you disconnect the broker or close your account; bot configuration and trading history are retained while your account is active and removed or de-identified after closure; and billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
8Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information: to access the information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, to delete your information, to receive a copy in a portable format, to object to or restrict certain processing, and — where processing is based on consent — to withdraw that consent. If you are a California resident, you also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights, and we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

9Security
Account sign-in and authentication are managed by Clerk, our identity provider, which handles login, multi-factor options, and session security. We never see or store your account password. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of broker credentials. No system is perfectly secure.
10Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
11International users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the US, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your country.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will revise the "last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service.
